My youngest daughter Robyn believed that she wasn't going to do well in the fourth grade.

 

She said her mind kept telling her that she couldn't do it.

 

I reminded Robyn that she controls her mind, her mind does not control her, and to tell herself that she can do it.

 

Robyn told me today that she now has a lucky necklace, and every night before she goes to bed, she kisses the necklace and says "I can do it!
